How to Set a Daily Spin Loyalty Program

The "Spin the Wheel" is among the many gamified mechanics our team will implement to ensure continuous daily engagement and solid benefit provision to the EV Drivers. The Daily Spin Loyalty Program not only ensures that the end-user comes back every day but also that she's rewarded properly by providing her with a chance to win a certain number of points or a pre-selected reward.

Here are the steps how to configure a Daily Spin Loyalty Program in the ChargeWise Admin App.

1. Log in to your ChargeWise Admin App by navigating to admin.chargewise.global and entering your email address and password:

2. Navigate to Programs > + New Program > Fill in Step 1: Program Details by providing the Loyalty program's Name, Description, and Image > Next:

3. Select the Daily Spin type of Loyalty Program.

ℹ Please note that:

I. The wheel consists of 2 types of segments:

• Points = this is the first type of reward the EV Driver can win.
• Rewards = this is the second type of reward the EV Driver can win. Rewards are coming out exactly as pre-defined as they're in your Rewards Catalogue. You can select each one of them to be rewarded, in case of luck.

II. The minimum number of segments that you can have is 2.

III. You can't have only a Points-only Wheel but you can't have a Rewards-only wheel because "The wheel needs a 0-point "No luck today" segment":

IV. For instance, if you have 12 types of rewards (6 points-based and 6 rewards from your Marketplace), there should be 12 separate segments.

V. ⚠️ Once the Daily Wheel Loyalty Program is configured and activated, you can configure and edit the segments, but you can't have another program, as it's purposely limited to 1. ⚠️

4. Configure the desired segments accordingly.  > Click on +Add Segment > Select Points or Reward > Assign an Amount (if Points) or select a Reward:

5. Configure the probability (Chance) that the designated amount of Points or Reward is won, and Type in the Label that will be shown on the Wheel (optional):

6. Configure your Daily Wheel Loyalty Program's Monthly Budget based on the Global Economy rules that apply to your dedicated EV Charging Loyalty Programs > Click Next:

7. Complete the process by > select the Audience > set the Start and End days of the program > Create Program:

Once the new program is created, it will appear in the Programs menu. Moreover, when you click on it, you'll be able to see some important details such as spin statistics for this month:
