Loyalty Programs Management
Loyalty Programs define how users collect points. Currently, the usage-based mechanism is the only one available but event-based is coming up next soon.
Navigate to "Programs" to review all the active and upcoming loyalty programs in your ChargeWise tenant:
How to create a new Loyalty Program:
- Click the +New program button:
- Step 1: Fill in the Program Details = Enter the name, description, and image for your program > click Next:
- Step 2: Select the Program Logic = Select the program type and configure how points are awarded > Adjust how many points should be rewarded per how many kWh being charged > click Next:
- Step 3: Select Audience and Duration = Define the target audience and the duration of your program > Select Users and User Groups > Pick a Start and End Date > Create Program:
- Once the new Loyalty Program is created, it'll automatically show up on the list:
- You can click on the newly-created program to review the details:
