How to Redeem a Reward

You can exchange your loyalty points for different rewards by navigating to the Redeem menu, where you will find the available rewards. From vouchers for charging at your favorite Operator's charging network to a variety of different commerce vendors' gift cards, available rewards vary from operator to operator, depending on the market they operate in.

Follow these steps to redeem a Reward:

1. Log in to your ChargeWise account through the app.
2. Go to Redeem > Select a Reward > click the Redeem button:

3. Once you successfully redeem a Reward, you'll see the following message in the app:

ℹ️ Please note that Rewards for which you don't have sufficient points will be unavailable to you until the needed amount is earned in your Available Points balance.
