How are points earned?

Points are earned automatically when you complete charging sessions at participating chargers.

The number of points you receive depends on the active loyalty programs you're enrolled in.

Most commonly, programs award points based on the energy consumed during your charging session (for example, 10 points per 1 kWh). For instance, as soon as you log in to the ChargeWise app, you'll see the active Loyalty Programs that you're enrolled in and the respective mechanism that rewards you points:

Some programs may also offer flat bonuses per session. The points are calculated and credited to your account automatically after each completed charging session. Because of that, you don't have to take any action but enjoy charging your EV and redeem your loyalty points for the desired rewards in the ChargeWise app.
