Tier Management
When a user reaches a higher Tier in ChargeWise, they unlock premium rewards for redemption. In ChargeWise, you can define how many points are required for each tier so that user engagement is encouraged.
ℹ️ Please note that by default, there are 5 Tiers initially created in your ChargeWise workspace.
The minimum number of Tiers you can set in ChargeWise is 3. This is because we'd like to provide you with the enablers that promote user engagement and unlock additional benefits for the EV Drivers.
Editing Tiers in ChargeWise:
- Navigate to Tiers > click the Edit icon:
- Edit Tier Name and Points > Click the Save icon once you're ready:
