Rewards Management
In the Rewards module, you can enable a specific type of reward (gift card) and configure how many points a User has to redeem to acquire it
How to configure the "Points:Value" ratio:
- Navigate to Rewards > click the edit icon:
- Enter the Number of points = 1 {currency} > Click the save icon:
ℹ️ Please note that configuring the Points:Currency ($, €, $S, etc.) is extremely importnat.
Based on this configuration, you define how many points are needed to redeem a specific gift card or a reward with a designated currency value.
For example, if 1,000 points = 1€, then for the user to redeem a 10€ GiftCard from {VENDOR A}, they'll need to have at least 10,000 points available in their accounts.
How to configure the "Charge Balance" Reward:
- Click on Charge Balance:
- Click + Add Value:
- Enter Value > Add:
- The new Value Reward is automatically added in the designated Reward section:
ℹ️ Please note that the rest of the Rewards options will be coming soon to the ChargeWise platform. We're integrating with a 3rd-party Rewards Marketplace system (WOGI) and these extra options will be available in no time:
