How to Set Streak-Based Loyalty Programs

Implementing the Streak-based loyalty programs is a massive uplift for our Loyalty Programs Engine. This is the 3rd major type of loyalty programs that we're introducing, and as such, we're on our pathway of becoming the go-to loyalty layer for leading Charge Point Management companies.

Put simply, streak-based loyalty programs allow the Operator to award the EV drivers for consecutive charging activity on a per-daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Here are the steps that you need to follow as an Admin User to set Streak-Based Loyalty Programs:

1. Log into your ChargeWise Admin App by navigating to admin.chargewise.global and entering your email address and password.

2. Navigate to Programs > + New Program > Fill in Step 1: Program Details by providing the Loyalty program's Name, Description, and Image > Next:

3. Select a Streak-Based type > choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly under the Streak Type drop-down menu:

4. Add a Milestone and toggle the Occurrence if you'd like points to be rewarded every time the driver reaches the designated streak > Next:

Please note that once a recurring schedule is set, the designated reward (in this case, that's 500 points) will be rewarded every 2 days (since the streak here = daily and the period = 2 days):

5. Select the Respective Use/s, User Group/s or TIER for which the Loyalty Program will ONLY apply to and configure the Start and End Dates as desired > Create Program:

1. As an Admin, you can set Daily, Weekly, and Monthly streaks simultaneously. This will help you to engage the user and to stimulate their charging activity with your EV Charging network more. The more they charge, the more your EV stations are utilized, the more engaged they are. It's a WIN-WIN situation for every stakeholder in the chain.
2. You can navigate to the User Details in the Admin app, select a user, and check their streak-based loyalty programs progress:
