How to Set a Tier-Based Loyalty Program

As part of our Strategic Product Roadmap development for 2026, we're proud to introduce the ability to set TIER-based Loyalty Programs in ChargeWise:

Introducing ChargeWise's TIER-Based Loyalty Programs. Please note that TIERS' thresholds and Earning Rates values are set for exemplary purposes ONLY.

Here are the steps that you need to follow as an Admin User to set a dedicated TIER-based Loyalty Program:

  1. Log into your ChargeWise Admin App by navigating to admin.chargewise.global and entering your email address and password.

  1. Navigate to Programs > + New Program > Fill in Step 1: Program Details by providing the Loyalty program's Name, Description, and Image:

  1. Complete Step 2: Program Logic by selecting the Program Type and adjusting the points that will be awarded, respectively:

  1. Complete Step 3: Audience and Duration > Select the Respective TIER for which the Loyalty Program will ONLY apply to and configure the Start and End Dates as desired:

  1. Click Create Program to finish the process:

ℹ️ Please note that only users who are currently having the respective TIER status will ONLY see the designated TIER-based Loyalty Program in the User app. This is intentionally done so by design. For example:

DIAMOND Users see DIMOND TIER Loyalty Programs. This is because other TIER-based programs apply only to users who are having the designated rank in ChargeWise.
