What are Programs? What happens when a program expires?

Programs are time-limited loyalty campaigns that define how you earn points.

Each program has specific rules (like earning 10 points per kWh) and a start and end date.

When a program expires, you can no longer earn new points from that program's rules. However, any points you earned while the program was active remain in your account and can still be redeemed for rewards.

If your charging provider launches new programs, you'll automatically be enrolled if you meet the eligibility criteria.
