How do I advance into a higher Tier?

You advance to a higher tier by earning points over time.

Your tier is determined by your lifetime total earned points - the sum of all points you've ever earned, regardless of how many you've spent.

For example, if the Silver tier requires 1,000 total earned points and you've accumulated that amount through your charging history, you'll automatically be promoted. Once you reach a higher tier, you keep it permanently - there are no demotions even if you redeem your points.
