What are Tiers?

Tiers are loyalty levels that recognize your engagement with the charging network.

Common tiers include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, each requiring progressively more lifetime earned points. Tiers may vary from operator to operator so depending on that, Tiers' naming and points threshold may vary as well.

Higher tiers may unlock access to exclusive rewards or special benefits. Your current tier and progress toward the next tier are displayed in the app, showing how many more points you need to earn to advance. Remember, your tier is based on your total lifetime earnings, not your current spendable balance.
