How to Provide Feedback to the ChargeWise team in the App

Hearing directly from the end users (EV Drivers) themselves has always been critical for our team's product development and commercialization efforts. In this article, we share a bit more information about how to provide direct feedback to our team so we can ensure your voice is heard by our R&D department.

To provide feedback, follow the outlined steps below in sequential order:

  1. Log in, navigate to the Profile section > click the Give feedback button:
Navigate to Profile > Click the Five Feedback Button
  1. Select a score of 1 to 5 based on your experience so far:
Select a score of 1 to 5 Based on your experience so far
  1. Fill in the Feedback form and share as much detailed feedback as possible:
Fill in the FeedBack form as thoroughly as possible
  1. Once you're done, you'll receive a "Thank you" message on the screen. This means that we've successfully received your feedback and our team is already reading it:
Thank you for your feedback!

Please note that:

  1. The "Give Feedback" card is always available: you can find it on every profile tab (Stats, History, Settings), opening a full-page form.
  2. The form pops up after a reward redemption: the Popup is shown on the Home screen the next time the driver lands there after a reward is obtained. The Popup is shown always on the first redemption, then at most once every 60 days.
  3. Card is shown after charging: an in-app notification in the Home stack from the 3rd completed charge onward, at most once every 60 days. The notification card stays until dismissed or answered.
  4. Dismissing a card or popup doesn't change the cadence; the 60-day clock runs from when it was shown.
  5. Answering from any entry point clears every LIVE feedback card and pauses both prompts for 180 days.
  6. The feedback form is very standard: it consists of a 1-5 rating (saved on tap), a follow-up question that branches on the rating (what went wrong vs. what you like), optional topic chips, and an optional comment.
