How to Request an Invite

ChargeWise is an invite-only application.

At the moment, only Charge Point Operators that are running their EV Charging Loyalty programs and Rewards Marketplaces on our platform are eligible to send invites to their registered users (EV Drivers) to join and participate in their programs.

However, EV drivers who have not been invited to join the loyalty program of the respective Charge Point Operator can send an invite request by navigating to the following address - https://app.chargewise.global/welcome.

Once the EV driver lands on the respective "Welcome" page, they can notify their Operator by filling in the "Email Address" > Request an Invite to notify the EV Charging Network managers.

Please note that:
  1. Users who haven't received an invite and therefore haven't logged in will now see the / welcome page for better clarity and context. On top of that:
  2. Users who have an account and haven't logged in will see the welcome page and will be able to log in without any complications or issues whatsoever.
  3. Users who have an account and are logged in will immediately be redirected to the app without needing to log in again.
