How to Register a New User Account in the ChargeWise App?

Registering a New User Account in ChargeWise is ONLY possible for users who charge their EVs on participating Charging Station Networks.


When a specific Charge Point Operator (CPO) or/and eMobility Service Provider (eMSP) joins ChargeWise, they can create numerous Loyalty Programs and target, if not all, then a segmented group of users.

Users who are targeted will receive an automated message via 2 communication channels - the provided e-mail address and an in-app push notification delivered by the app that the operator is using to enable you to start/stop charging on their network.


The e-mail that you'll receive in your inbox will look like this:

When you click on the Complete Your Signup button, you'll be redirected to a fill-in form where you can share the designated information and register a new account. The form looks like this:
