I completed a charging session but didn't receive points. What should I do?

First, wait a few minutes as points may take a short time to appear after your session ends. If points still don't appear:
  1. Check your history - Open the History section in the app to see if the transaction was recorded.
  2. Verify your enrollment - Make sure you're enrolled in an active loyalty program.
  3. Confirm the session completed - Ensure the charging session ended properly and wasn't interrupted.
If you've verified all of the above and still haven't received your points, contact customer support (support@chargewise.global) with your charging session details (date, time, location, and energy consumed). Our team will investigate and credit any missing points to your account.
