How to Request a One-Time Password (OTP) in the App

Here are the steps you need to follow to request a One-Time Password in the ChargeWise User App:

  1. Navigate to app.chargewise.global/login > enter your Email address in the Email box > click the Email me a 6-digit code button:

  1. Once you've requested a new OTP, you'll see the following screen on the app:

Please note that once you've requested an OTP, you'll receive the following message delivered straight to the provided email address:
