User Groups Management

Once you group users into Groups, you can then configure a dedicated Loyalty Program that applies to the whole group instead of selecting users separately.

User Groups Review:

To review all the User Groups that are currently created in your ChargeWise workspace, you can log into your Admin app and navigate to the "User Groups" section:

Creating a new User Group in ChargeWise:

1. Navigate to User Groups > Select + New user group:

2. Enter the User Group's Name and Description:

3. Select Users to Add to the Group > Create User Group
