Email Reminders for Potential Missing of Streaks
Just recently, we introduced streak-based programs.
On top of that, we launched the Automated Email Messages right after that.
Together, the combination of these features proved to be quite valuable as we see a massive uplift in user behavior regarding rewards redemption and engagement.
What we're introducing today is a feature that builds on top of the automated email messages - automated e-mail reminders that are sent to the EV driver automatically when they're about to break their streak-based charging activity.
By default, we use 2 channels - in-app notifications and e-mail. Here's a bit more information on how this works.

ℹ Please note that the EV Driver has full control regarding the e-mail reminders they're willing to receive. They can toggle on/off this feature so that email reminders won't be sent out to them anymore.
