Automated Email Messages in ChargeWise

The ChargeWise Intelligent Rewards Platform has pre-built mechanisms for user engagement and activation. An example of such a mechanism that we implemented just recently, as part of our Q2 2026 Product Roadmap, is the feature that allows for sending automated email messages. There's no manual configuration that the Admin user has to do. The ChargeWise system does the magic by itself without the need for any administrative intervention.


Just a hint 💡The "Automated Email Messages" feature is just the foundation for our dedicated outreach engine that we'll be introducing by the end of Q2 2026 as well. It's a feature that will enable the Admin Owner to configure and run campaigns via 3 dedicated channels, either in combination or on a completely separate basis:

  • Emails ➡️ engaging the EV driver directly by sending them custom campaign messages straight to their e-mail inboxes.
  • ChargeWise PWA/in-app push notifications ➡️ messages that are sent simultaneously, before, or after the dedicated campaign has started/ended directly to the EV driver via the ChargeWise app.
  • White-label EV Charging app that the EV drivers are using ➡️building a cross-channel messaging platform for reaching them effectively is key. This is why we're also doing some custom integration and are involving this channel as well.

As part of the first iteration of this feature, there are a total of 5 different variants of the e-mail messages we implemented. Below, you can find more information and examples for each to better understand and put them in context.


I. Active Driver Weekly Summary:

These are sent when points_earned = 0. There are 3 sub-states implemented at this stage based on what the EV driver still has to work with:
