Introducing the Tiers & Benefits Modal

The Tiering system is central to how loyalty programs are being configured in the ChargeWise Admin app.

From the Operator's standpoint, it's crucially important how tiers' max-point thresholds are set, as this may have strategic implications on how points are being accumulated and redeemed by their EV drivers.

From the EV drivers' perspective, knowing what the benefits behind every tier are gives them an additional motivator towards charging more and being more engaged.


Today, we're introducing a brand new experience for the end user - a Tiers & Benefits Modal that showcases what the anticipated benefits and premium rewards the EV driver unlocks once they climb up the ladder are.

Based on a simple but premium design aesthetic, the TIERS overhaul in the ChargeWise user app looks like this:

  1. Once the user navigates to the HOME screen of the app, they'll see the following screen:

  1. Once the EV driver clicks the TIER card on the Home screen, they'll immediately see the new modal:

  1. Then, the EV driver may browse all the anticipated Premium rewards, products, and services that every next TIER unlocks for them once they reach it:
