Can I exchange my points for Cash or e-money?

ChargeWise's Loyalty Program Management platform is an entirely closed-loop system.

As such, it's explicitly important to acknowledge the fact that loyalty points have no monetary value. Not only that, but the closed-loop system - while secure and technically reliable - comes with the following fundamental limitations that have to be taken into consideration:

I. No Monetary Value or Financial Instrument Status

Points are promotional units only and explicitly:

1. Have NO cash value.
2. Are NOT money, e-money, stored value, or Digital Payment Tokens (DPT).
3. Are NOT property, assets, or financial instruments.
4. Cannot be classified as securities, commodities, or investment products.
5. Do not constitute legal tender in any jurisdiction.

II. Exclusive Redemption Channel

Points may ONLY be redeemed through:

1. The Rewards Marketplace within the ChargeWise application.
2. For specifically designated rewards offered by third-party merchants.
3. Or for Charge Balance Top-Up (where applicable).

III. Points CANNOT be redeemed

1. For cash, credit, or bank deposits.
2. Through any channel outside the ChargeWise application.
3. At physical retail locations.
4. Through direct merchant websites (except via ChargeWise facilitation).

IV. Prohibited Transactions

Points strictly CANNOT be:

1. Transferred, gifted, sold, or assigned to others.
2. Withdrawn, cashed out, or converted to currency.
3. Deposited into bank accounts or payment services.
4. Used as collateral or security.
5. Duplicated, multiplied arbitrarily, or manipulated.
6. Converted into any payment vehicle or financial instrument.

V. No Interest, Returns, or Appreciation

Points DO NOT:

1. Earn interest or yield.
2. Appreciate or gain value over time.
3. Generate returns or dividends.
4. Function as savings or investment vehicles.

VI. Regulatory Compliance Statement

This structure is designed to comply with financial regulations by ensuring Points remain purely promotional. Any attempt to circumvent these limitations may result in:

1. Immediate account suspension.
2. Forfeiture of all Points and benefits.
3. Termination from the Program.
4. Potential legal action.
