How long does the Implementation of ChargeWise take?
Our promise is that it will take no longer than 2 weeks (10 business days) to do a full implementation of the ChargeWise platform, effective the day we schedule our kick-off meeting and start the initiative officially.
Once we start the official onboarding, we'll provide you with:
- A dedicated onboarding plan so we can collaborate together and cross-check every task we need to accomplish.
- A dedicated, hand-holding assistance to ensure all the pre-requisites are in place and we're ready to introduce the initiative publicly (GO LIVE đ)

âšī¸ Please note that there's a difference between Implementation and Integration within the context of ChargeWise:
- Implementation = once I sign a B2B Service Agreement with ChargeWise and become their customer, how long will it take me to GO LIVE, effective the kick-off date?
- Integration = once I'm interested in becoming a customer of ChargeWise and if they're not yet integrated with my CSMS provider, how long will it take them to complete the integration?
