How long does it take to integrate ChargeWise with the Charging Station Management System I use?
ℹ️ Please note that ChargeWise is a natively-integrated product with the AMPECO CSMS. Although both companies are NOT related in any way, almost all of our current customers are running their Charge Point day-to-day operations using the AMPECO platform. Based on that factor, we made the strategically important decision to integrate with them first.
Our promise is that if we agree to work with a Charge Point Operator (CPO) running their operations on a CSMS which we haven't integrated with yet, we'll do that in 2 business weeks when:
- The CPO is committed to signing a contract with us.
- The CSMS has an exposed API that is constantly being supported and well-maintained for the purposes of integrating seamlessly with various other software platforms.
- The CSMS provides all the requested technical consulting throughout the integration process.
- We don't have to do any customizations to ensure the final goal in mind is achieved. If such are needed, then the aforementioned timeframe may change.
💡IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER:
ChargeWise is CSMS-agnostic and, as such, our Platform's API integrates with all major charging management platforms. Our team provides hands-on support throughout the process.
