Introducing Public Charging Stations Reviews
At ChargeWise, we're delighted to introduce an entirely new product surface - a live map of charging stations with real-time availability and driver reviews.
Here's how to access the locations in your ChargeWise workspace and review all the provided ratings and reviews by your registered EV Drivers:
- Log into your ChargeWise admin app and navigate to Locations:
ℹ Please note that:
- Charging-location data is imported from the CSMS directly (locations → charge points → EVSEs), then kept fresh in real time by subscribing to the designated CSMS webhooks.
- Only publicly usable stations show on the driver map; private/home chargers are automatically hidden on purpose for now.
- The feature comes up with 4 pre-defined KPIs that provide you with a snapshot of your EV Charging Network performance:
ℹ Please note that:
- The operator'sentire network is shown on a map with 4 LIVE KPIs (locations, issues, in-use now, average rating).
- An issue breakdown(offline/disabled/faulted) is also visualized so operators can see what's broken at a glance and take the necessary precautions ASAP.
- On the map, you can select a specific Charge Point and review the designated ratings and reviews provided by the EV Drivers who are registered in your network:
ℹ Please note that the EV Drivers can modify and edit their comments and reviews. If/when they do so, they'll be marked as "edited".
- Additionally, we have implemented a review moderation system where operators can respond to reviews directly and engage with the EV Driver. To respond to the driver, click the "Respond" button > Write a response > Save Response:
