WOGI Rewards Marketplace Integration

I. What is WOGI?

WOGI is an end-to-end digital rewards, incentives, and e-gifting platform. WOGI helps organisations run loyalty and incentive programs by handling the entire rewards lifecycle — sourcing, processing, fulfilment, delivery, and analytics — through a single provider.

The platform gives businesses access to a rich catalogue of digital gift cards and vouchers from local, regional, and international merchants, so recipients can be rewarded with something culturally relevant in their market. WOGI's merchant and service network spans 47 markets, with particular depth across APAC.

II. What is WOGI Connect?

WOGI Connect is WOGI's digital gifting and rewards API. It exposes the WOGI catalogue and reward-fulfilment engine as a set of API endpoints that any external system can call directly.

Through Connect, the integrated ChargeWise system can:

  • Browse and pull the live cross-border catalogue of cashless products and e-gift cards.
  • Reserve, issue, and deliver rewards in real-time to EV Drivers and Loyalty Program Members.
  • Manage redemption and delivery across channels without manual processing.

In short, WOGI is the rewards platform; WOGI Connect is how our ChargeWise back-end software system talks to it.

III. ChargeWise <> WOGI Connect API Integration Benefits

  1. Fast time-to-launch. WOGI Connect is designed to roll out with only a few lines of code or to plug into existing applications, so the engineering effort to add a rewards capability stays small. This gives ChargeWise the efficiency and speed to go to market.
  2. Real-time, automated fulfilment. Rewards are reserved, issued, and delivered programmatically when a member redeems a reward in the ChargeWise app.  No batch files, no manual gift-card handling, no waiting on a vendor team to process a list.
  3. Access to a much larger rewards portfolio. A single integration unlocks WOGI's full multi-market merchant network, which is especially valuable for companies - such as ChargeWise's customers - operating on a global scale or running cross-border loyalty programs for EV Charging networks.
  4. Culturally relevant rewards out of the box. Recipients can be offered local brands they actually recognise and want, rather than a one-size-fits-all global voucher, which directly improves redemption and engagement rates.
  5. Lower operational overhead. Catalogue updates, currency conversion, merchant onboarding, and delivery logistics are managed on WOGI's side, so the integrating team doesn't have to maintain those pieces.
  6. Scales with the business. Because Connect is API-based, the same integration supports a small loyalty pilot or a large global incentive program without re-architecting.

IV. What this means for ChargeWise

ChargeWise is the first — and currently the only — platform bringing a true Rewards Marketplace into EV charging. Most charging networks stop at kWh delivered and a basic loyalty point balance; ChargeWise turns those points into something drivers can actually spend, by connecting charging activity directly to a catalogue of real-world digital rewards through partners like WOGI.

That gives Operators a tangible way to differentiate their network, increase driver retention, and turn every charging session into an engagement opportunity instead of just a transaction.

This is only the beginning. The WOGI integration is the first in a growing list of third-party connections we'll be rolling out, and we'll continue adding more reward providers, merchant networks, and partner systems over time so Operators have an ever-expanding set of options to configure for their drivers.

V. How to get the integration between ChargeWise and WOGI done

To configure the WOGI Rewards Marketplace integration, 2 variables are needed - WOGI UID and WOGI Secret. We build a process where WOGI provides the pair directly to the ChargeWise team, so the customer can focus on day-to-day operations and leave that to us.
