How do I Delete my User Account in the App?
Please send us your request for User Account Deletion to support@chargewise.global.
When you do so, there will be a ticket raised on your behalf in our system, so our legal and technical support teams will be aware and take care of your request within 10 business days max. Once your request is completed, we'll make sure that this task has been completed successfully.
When raising a User Account ticket, you can directly copy-paste the following text and send it to the designated e-mail address appointed above:
"Hello, team!
I'd like to file a request to delete my user account in the ChargeWise app.
- Name: {share your name and surname here, please}
- Operator: {share which charge point operator has invited you to participate in their loyalty programs}.
Thank you for acknowledging my request!".
